1. How do I order?

Watch bands, watch faces, bracelets, DIY kits, headbands, necklace chains, cluster charms, and rings are all sold separately. To order, browse my shop and find item(s) you want to order. Below each item, there is an "Add to Cart" tab. Simply, fill out the information and then click "Add to Cart". And then to view your cart, simply click on the "View my Cart" tab in the right column of the website.
Some of the watch faces that are pictured with the watch bands are not always in stock. To view the different watch faces available, hover over "products" and click on "Watch Faces" or click here. When ordering watch faces, refer to the number on each different watch selection, and then choose a color.
To order DIY kits or bracelets, just pick from the selection of watch band designs, and it will be patterned after that.
2. Do I need to unclasp and re-clasp the lobster clasps every time I put on or take off my watches?
No, you don't need to use the lobster clasps to take off and put on your watches. The stretchy cord we use to string our watch bands is very flexible and extremely strong, so you can actually just slip your watches on and off over your wrist.
3. I want to purchase some jewelry for a friend, how do I know what size to get?
Simply measure your own wrist, and compare the recipient to you. If it doesn't fit the recipient, all you have to do is ship it back to me within 30 days of the purchase date and I will resize it for free. Any later than 30 days will be a small fee.
4. Where do you get your beads?
If I answered this question, I would not be able to run a business. I buy all my beads and supplies in large quantities.
5. Do you accept returns?
Yes, for store credit only, if everything is in the condition in which you received it and within 30 days.
6. Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, once per order, and it must be within 30 days of the purchase date.
7. How do I figure out what size to order?

9. Do you have sales?
Yes, I have sales quite frequently. I list all sales on the main page of my blog.
10. I have received my watch band, but why are there a few beads that are different from what is pictured on your website?
This is to accommodate different sizes. When you order a specific size, I have to add or take off beads so it will fit you correctly. This is usually only a few beads, and I always make it look as good as possible.
11. After ordering, how do I know how much to pay?
After you have added items to your cart and are ready to pay, click on "view cart" in the right column, and simply follow the easy directions.
12. Do you take credit cards?
I accept PayPal and check. You can use your credit or debit card through PayPal.
13. How do I know when you will ship my item?
I will email you when I ship your order. I usually ship orders within 2 business days.
